Items:

20-Deku Seeds: Items that may be thrown or shot out of certain weapons. These small seeds will deal 100 explosion/absorb/bullet type damage. However, the loud bang and searing light of this item has a 30% chance to cause an enemy to flinch in pain. When shot, this item usually has 1-2 range.

Leaves: Sharp leaves that can be used as a last-ditch attack. Base 50 absorb/blade type damage. Deals very litter wear, and is completely nullified by flame or poison shields or flame and poison bodies.

Leaf Cloak: Grants resistance to sonic and light type damage, but is easily destroyed by fire, ice, or poison type damage. Base 50 defense.

2-Fragrant Root: This object will boost absorbing type moves, as long as they are plant-based, by 50%. This root does not look valuable, and thus is rarely stolen.

2- Volatile Crystals: Deadly crystals charged with potent explosive energy. These may explode in a character's inventory, and they will deal approximately 2000 damage a piece if they go off. However, these crystals boost explosion type damage by 50%.


Abilities:

Take Aim: Marksman-Troop ability. Upon seeing an enemy, this character may choose that particular foe and target them. This character must then attempt to attack the targeted foe at least once. If the targeted foe flees, this character must pursue them for at least two turns after targeting them. This character may not initiate attacks against any other foes while it has targeted a foe. Targeting a foe will grant +30 skill against that enemy. Costs: 1 pg

Swarm: Each time this unit or any other units of the same type attack a foe and miss, the next unit of this type will have a 20 point boost to their hit. Costs 3 pg

Continuous Fire: Marksman-Troop ability. If this character attacks an enemy, and then an identical character attacks the same enemy on the same phase, the total damage output of the follow-up character will be increased by 50%. This ability may stack. The maximum % boost is 300%. Costs: 4 pg

Ingraine: This character takes a turn to plant its roots deep into the ground. This makes them impossible to move. It will also heal 10% of it's HP at the start of each turn after doing this. Costs: 3 pg

Camouflage: When in terrain with effects, this unit adds 15 to their avoid. This unit is also not slowed by forest or rocky terrain. Costs 3 pg

Conceal Presence: This character may blend in easily with his environment, allowing them to sneak past the enemy. Enemy units will not detect this character until they are around 6 squares away. At night this distance may be smaller... and certain characters are not very alert. Costs: 1 pg

Ambush: If this character attacks a foe who was not alerted to their presence before the start of the phase, the strike will only hit once, but will deal 3 x damage and ignore shields, force fields, and not be countered. Costs: 3 pg

Coward: If injured, this character may try to flee the battle. This will double their movement if moving away from the foe, but it will also reduce the total power of their attack by 75% and prevent them from initiating attacks on that turn. Costs: 2 pg

Ranged Assault: This unit rushes in with its weapon and attacks with a flurry of blows. The character may target an adjacent enemy. The enemy cannot dodge this attack. The character using the assault move then strikes 5 times with normal damage and finishes with a 2 x damage strike. Costs: 5 pg


Character Type: Marksman, Absorb, Monster

Weakness: Reflected projectiles. Mild weakness to ice and fire. Resist absorb and poison.
