Items:
Gibdo Cursed Bandages: Wearing this armor immediately curses the character who dons it. However, it grants resistance to ice, fire, poison, earth, and air type damage. It also makes the character immune to indirect damage and terrain movement debuffs. Base 600 defense.
Cursed Effigy: A small doll-like item. This effigy will make curses inflicted by this character have a 5% chance to activate, as opposed to 1%. However, holding this item will also cause a character to suffer a 5% chance to be cursed at the start of every turn.
2-Shrieking Stone: A stone formed from the air that has been vibrated with such severity that it crystalized. Boosts sonic type attacks by 50%.
4- Night Sapphire: Can immediately turn the battlefield to night. Stealth-type characters receive 15+ avoid in the dark. Also boosts dark type attacks 25%.
Abilities:
Terrifying Presence: Fear-type ability. Enemies within two spaces of this unit receive -30 avoid. Costs: 4 pg
Gibdo Paralyzing Shriek: Any enemy units two spaces of this character have a chance of being paralyzed for 2 turns by fear. This move can be used once every three turns, and it must be done instead of attacking. Any enemies nearby have a 50% chance of flinching and missing their turns. Fear-type ability. The flinched enemies also have zero avoid for the turns they have flinched. Requires 3M sonic skill. Costs: 5 pg
Curse: Instead of attacking, this unit places a curse on an adjacent enemy. This curse will activate at a random point at some time in the future and take 50% of their max HP. Curses are very difficult to cure and require advanced magic healing moves. Most magic type characters are immune to this status condition. Costs: 4 pg
Dark Choke (II): -15 hit. This character may rush forward and grab an opponent by the throat. This attack will only strike once, but if it succeeds the enemy cannot counter-attack. This ability only works on characters who are the same size or smaller. This attack negates all block and defense for the enemy and gives them 200 (480) (540) (1080) dark type damage. This ability also immediately gives the enemy -30% defense for 3 turns. This status will also triple the likelihood of curse activation on the foe for those three turns. Costs: 8 pg
Neck Break: This ability may only be used once a battle. The character chooses and adjacent small or very small enemy and attacks. If they land the blow, they grab the opponent and break their neck, giving 200 damage to most enemies. After their neck is broken, the character receives the paralysis status, preventing them from moving unless they regenerate or are cured. Costs 6 pg
Terrifying Stare: Fear type move. Instead of attacking, this character may choose an enemy directly in front of them. The character then gazes into them with a terrifying stare. This drops the enemy's speed 10 for three turns. This affects of this move cannot be compiled. Costs: 2 pg
Character Type: Monster, Status, Undead
Weakness: Weak to sacred weapons. Weak to light damage. This character is immune to dark and poison type damage. They cannot take the bleeding, poisoned, or cursed statuses. This character cannot truly be killed except with a sacred weapon, though it can fall in battle.
