Items:

Ancient Blood: Grants 50% extra HP on top of boosting items to characters with high blood affinity.

7-Heart Containers: A Mysterious magical item. Boosts total HP by 10%. These items may stack but will max out at doubling total HP. Unlike Seraph robes, any character may use a Heart Container.

6-Murderous Knives: +10 speed. A set of very short knives. The length of these weapons drastically decreases their ability to penetrate defenses, and as such the total defense of shields and barriers will be doubled when calculated against this weapon. However, these merciless weapons deal double damage to foes who have a status condition, making them viciously effective. These weapons also do not debuff the chatracter when used with dual wield. Base 100 blade type damage.

2-Enhanced Needle Apparatus: +15 speed. This item improves Himiko Toga’s ability. It will double the debuffs, health drain, and health regeneration of the ability.

Frightening School-Girl Outfit: Though this item offers very minimal defense, it does grant resistance to air and poison-type damage. It also will cause foes who attack this foe from one space away to suffer a -20 (40) hit penalty from the unnerving fear swelling within them. Base: 100 defense.

Shadow of Yharnam Cloak: This pitch black cloak grants +25 avoid at night or in very dark conditions. This cloak defends against magic and psychic and resists blade, saw, whip, and bludgeon type damage. This cloak offers a meager 100 defense.

Vallite Crystal Lotus: This gift was given to partners who participated in the Vallite Ball. If this character is adjacent to their partner, they will gain +10 skill and +5% activation chances. (This item will not specify who the partner was, making it harder for foes to tell)

Blood Storage Vials: Used with the Blood-Sucking Apparatus. These vials can store blood if the character using the apparatus chooses not to drink the blood. Up to 6 different vials may be stored. 

Temporal Stone: This extremely rare and valuable item makes a unit immune to time-stopping or altering abilities.

Rain-breaker: This small, delicate-looking piece of silk has been deeply blessed. Whenever a character is being attacked by a foe who will strike at them five or more times, the foe will have the total might of their attacks reduced by 50%. This item is easily lost or stolen.

Beastmaster Ring: A ring that grants extreme resistance to both claw and bite. Very valuable but also easily lost or stolen.

Light Stoneplate Ring: This ring grants resistance to light damage. It is easily lost or stolen.

Crystal Heart: A beautiful violet crystal shaped like a beating heart. This extremely rare item will heal the holder 10% of their HP at the start of each turn. This item is easily lost or stolen.

Concealment Ring: This ring will grant the ability Conceal Presence to Stealth Type units for free. This item, is easily lost or stolen.

Bloodbath Ring: This ring will grant access to pay for the ability Bloodbath even if the holder does not normally have the required personality. If the character has the ability already unlocked naturally, this ring will double the bloodbath boosts. This item is easily lost or stolen.

Necronomicon: A ancient tome filled with an evil, dark energy. Gives the character holding it tremendous power over fear. Double's the effects of fear type moves.

Blood Tear: A rare and unusual item. This item is normally found in the tears of monstrous, vile characters. It may also be found as a rare drop from horn lizards. This item is extremely hard to lose and is rarely stolen. This tear strangely increases the chance of bleeding statuses by 20%.

Blood Rock: A large solid chunk that forms in coldblood. This uncanny object will increase the damage of bleeding statuses inflicted by this foe by 50%. This object is quite hard to steal and very rarely drops.

Focused Mental Point: A very small speck of highly condensed psychic energy. This looks like a tiny black orb. When placed into the brain of a psychic character, it will grant immunity to a single hit of defog, null, or similar abilities, along with immunity to unaware, and unaware mental points (along with any other items/abilities that remove conditional stat changes). Impossible to steal unless the foe enters this character's mind.

Heavy Duty Boots: Consumable. These Boots grant +1 movement (stacks with Boots) and allow this unit to ignore any movement debuffs when passing through trees and other naturally difficult terrains. May only be used by units with Walking/Running-type movement only. 

Abilities:

Quirk-Become What You Love (II): Himiko Toga's signature ability. Himiko must have access to the Transform Quirk in order to use this ability. When Toga transforms into the form of a close ally, she may have access to all their signature abilities. If Toga transforms into a character she loves, she will gain a 50% damage boost and +15 speed/skill. Costs: 10 pg

Quirk-Transform: Himiko Toga's signature ability. If this character drinks the blood of a foe, she may temporarily shapeshift into them. She will gain all their innate resistances and weakness, and lose all of her own. Due to the unusual nature of this ability, it is impossible to detect that she is transformed even with abilities such as "Sixth Sense" or "All Sight". She may remain transformed for the duration of a battle or for a full day. When transformed, her body is made of a grey-ish, clay-like substance. This will grant her extreme resistance to blade, immunity to cleave, and resistance to pierce and bludgeon-type attacks while transformed. She may also escape from capture abilities if she is transformed and then turns back into her normal form. When transformed, she may also imitate the armor and shields/barriers of the character. She may transform before or after her movement, similar to the regular Shapeshift ability. Costs: 7 pg

Blood Sucking Apparatus: Himiko Toga's Signature Weapon. This weapon allows Himiko to throw needles 1-2 range from herself. The weapon scales in knife skill and deals pierce damage. If the needle strikes the foe, it will lodge into them. This will drop their avoid by 10 (20). They will also be tethered to Himiko and she will start to pull blood out of their body. For every turn that she starts within three spaces of them, they will lose 5% (10%) of their HP, and she will be able to drink their blood and gain 5% (10%) HP herself. This weapon may strike multiple times, but it will not increase how much blood is taken or the evasion debuff. If Himiko Toga starts a turn too far from the foe, the tether will be broken and the foe will take none of the negative effects. Base 200 pierce type might. This ability may be used when tackled or choked. This ability may counter. This may be dual weilded. Costs: 6 pg

Knife Assault: This unit rushes in with a small weapon and attacks with a flurry of blows. The character may target an adjacent enemy. The enemy cannot dodge this attack. The character using the assault move then strikes 12 times with half damage and finishes with a 2 x damage strike. This move may only be used once a day. Costs 5 pg

Pouring Wounds: Bloodborne ability. The character can rip into enemies, giving them the bleeding status condition. This ability activates randomly on some physical attacks. The ability will cause a wound 40% (60%) of the time. This ability only activates on physical attacks.  Costs 3 pg

Bloodbath: Every time this character inflicts a bleeding status or kills another character, they will boost their total damage by 5(10%). This lasts until the end of the battle. This stacks additively with the Bloodlust buff. Unlike Bloodlust, Bloodbath will max out at a 200% damage buff. Costs: 5 pg (+Ring)

Ambush: If this character attacks a foe who was not alerted to their presence before the start of the phase, the strike will only hit once, but will deal 3 x damage and ignore shields, force fields, and not be countered. Costs: 3 pg

Fury of the Fallen: If this character has 10% of its max HP or less, it will triple (2.2x) the amount of damage that it deals. This boost will last for 1 turn after the character falls below 10%. This ability may activate multiple times, but a unit must be healed above 40% and then fall to low health again in order to activate it a second time. Costs: 1 pg

Supreme Soldier: This character may use multiple different attacks, including those with multiple damage types, and it will not remove the proficency boosts from single damage type attacks used by this character. Costs: 5 pg

Death Blow: When attacking, this character adds 25% to their attack damage stat. Costs 3 pg

Extreme Evasion: +25 Avoid both when attacking and when being attacked. This unit may dodge area attacks. Attacks that "Always Hit" must calculate accuracy and may miss, but they will receive a +40 hit chance. Costs 5 pg

Weapons Master: This unit is a master of many types of combat. This allows them to fully understand the battlefield and boosts their power with each and every weapon they master. This ability grants a 15% boost to total damage given with all weapons for every master level the character acquires in any weapon type. It grants 30% for every Grand Level Master. This ability cannot be removed by strategist.(1.75) (3.5x) Costs: 4 pg

Knife Mastery: This unit has mastered the Knife. This ability will double the knife skill damage boosts of this character's attacks. This will also double the boosts of Weapons Mastery for knife skill levels... but will remove all Weapons Mastery boosts gained from other skills. This ability cannot be removed by strategist. Cost: 4 pg

Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may double that attack type's total damage. Costs: 12 pg

Dual Wield: If this unit holds two weapons, it will attack with both of them. In essence, this means the unit will always attack twice, but each attack will be different depending on which weapon is in each hand. Dual wielding is difficult and reduces speed and skill by -5. Costs: 5 pg or GM Swordsmanship level.

Conceal Presence: This character may blend in easily with his environment, allowing them to sneak past the enemy. Enemy units will not detect this character until they are around 6 squares away. At night this distance may be smaller... and certain characters are not very alert. Costs: 1 pg or Ring

(TBA) Certain Blow: When attacking, this character adds 20 to their skill. Costs 3 pg

(TBA) Darting Blow: The character adds 10 to their speed stat when they initiate the attack. This improves both the evasiveness of the character, as well as their likelihood to attack multiple times. Costs 3 pg

Weakness: This character is extremely violent, but has a weird fascination with the suffering of others. This will promote a lack of focus, often resulting in her targeting weakened foes. This character resists evasion downing abilities. Mild weakness to water and ice type damage.
