10- Fire Gems+Flame Plate

Dabi's Villain Outfit: A long black cloak with metal accents. This garb protects Dabi in battle by grantinng resistance to water, light, and dark type damage. Base 300 defense.

Flamescale Pendant: An ancient pendant, made from a red dragon scale imbued with potent sorcery. Though the pendant itself offers a meager 20 defense when being attacked (like a shield or barrier), its total defense is improved by the flame skill stat and boosts of this character. This item is easily lost or stolen.

Mustafar Magma Shard: This item will harm characters who are not immune to fire. However, it will also increase all burn chance activations by 10%. 

Abilities:

Quirk-Cremation: Dabi Signature ability. This character's blue flames are uncanny and extremely destructive. Character who are immune to fire damage will take 1/4 damage from them rather than being immune. Regular resistance will result in no damage debuffs to these flames, and extreme resistances will only result in halving their damage. These flames cannot be consumed. On top of that, these flames may burn any foe, regardless of immunities or abilities. These flames deal a base 500 flame type damage and have +20 hit at 1 range. 1-2 range. These flames may be used to attack or to counter. They will have a 50% (60%) chance to burn foes every time they strike them. This abiltiy may not be removed by strategist. This ability will add the base might of these flames (along with their resistance reducing qualities) to any generic fire based abilities. Costs: 10 pg

Charred Flesh. This character's flesh is deeply charred, making them immune to pain statuses, as well as granting resistance to pierce, blade, and bullet type damage. This will also prevent this character from taking autodamage from using too many flame boosting items. Costs: 7 pg

Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may triple that attack type's total damage. Costs: 12 pg

Blast Back: If this unit is using a fire, energy, or explosion type attack on a foe, it may blast them back two spaces if it strikes them. This unit will take any negative terrain effects immediately after being blasted into them. This ability also drastically increases the knock-back force of the attacks, making them more effective at knocking riders off of mounts or causing vehicles to crash. Costs: 3 pg

Heat Wave (II): Once every three turns this unit may release a powerful pulse of fire energy that strikes all squares within 3 spaces of this character. This attack only hits once. The base might of this attack is 200 fire-type damage. Each character standing next to this unit when this move is performed calculates their dodge, block, and defense separately. This attack has a 20% (30%) chance to induce burning at the second stage. Costs: 8 pg


Death Blow: When attacking, this character adds 25% to their attack damage stat. Costs 3 pg
