3-Grut Warlord Longspear: This long spear is relatively fragile. However, it has +10 hit and avoid against foes using short melee or body attacks. The total damage of this spear is increased by 50% if this character is using the ability "Height Advantage" against the foe. Base 300 pierce type might.
Grut Warlord Halberd: -5 skill. This short spear has a large axeblade attached. As such, it can deal either blade or pierce type damage. This mighty weapon deals very heavy damage to the weapons of foes. Using the axe of this weapon will not remove spear proficency. Base 400 blade or pierce type might.
Grut Warlord Armor: This bronze armor is incredibly well forged. It grants extreme resistance to martial, bludgeon, pierce, and light type damage. This armor defends against magic. Base 400 defense.
Pure Stone: This extremely valuable and rare stone will double the total attack damage of any pure weapon. A pure weapon is a weapon that receives no element enhancement. Only one of these items may be used, though they do stack with other items and abilities. Thankfully, this item is small and subtle, making it hard to drop or steal.
Razor Stone: A beautiful and deadly gem. This will boost blade type damage by fifty percent. This will only work with one stone; stacking them will not improve the boost any further.
Needle Stone: An odd, extremely pointed stone. This item will boost pierce type damage by 50% alongside element boosting items. Only one of these items may be used per character.
Profaned Crystal: A black crystal of vile, blasphemous energy. This item may be used three times in a battle. When used, all attacks by this character will strike intangible foes neutrally. This item takes five days to recharge. This item is not particularly easy to steal. Using this item may have negative side affects on certain characters.
Abilities:
Orc Warrior Enhancement: Signature ability. All orc units within four spaces of Grimnak will have their defense and attack boosted by 50%. Costs: 7 pg
Dinosaur Rider: If this character is riding a dinosaur, the total attack and defense of his mount will be increased by 50%. This ability has no second tier unlike most bond abilities. Costs: 5 pg
Inspiration: Ally units within two spaces of this character receive +10 speed, +10 skill, and have a 25% boost to their total attack damages. Costs: 4 pg
Weapons Master: This unit is a master of many types of combat. This allows them to fully understand the battlefield and boosts their power with each and every weapon they master. This ability grants a 15% boost to total damage given with all weapons for every master level the character acquires in any weapon type. It grants 30% for every Grand Level Master. This ability cannot be removed by strategist. (3.4x) (5x) Costs: 4 pg
Spear Mastery: This unit has mastered the Bow. This ability will double the spear skill damage boosts of this character's attacks. This will also double the boosts of Weapons Mastery for sword skill levels... but will remove all Weapons Mastery boosts gained from other skills. This ability cannot be removed by strategist. Cost: 4 pg
Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may triple that attack type's total damage. Costs: 12 pg
Taunt: The character taunts an adjacent foe. The foe is then unable to use any sort of specialized attack or status move. They also receive -15 skill. This status lasts for 3 turns. Costs 3 pg
War Cry: Instead of attacking, this unit may rally their allies with a war cry. This will boost all ally units within three spaces, granting them a 30% bonus to their total attack damages. This attack boost only lasts during the turn it is used, not during the next enemy phase. Costs: 3 pg
Disengage: These characters cannot be trapped by abilities that hold a character adjacent to a foe, such as shadow tag. They are also never targetted by the ability "Engagement". Costs: 1 pg
Critical Hit: Once every day, this unit may attack an adjacent enemy with a critical strike. This attack cannot be dodged, and it totally negates all forms of defense. The strike will give 3 x the normal damage of a strike with the equipped weapon. Costs: 5 pg
Height Advantage: If this unit is on a mount who stands higher than the foe they are facing, this character will gain +10 hit with 1-ranged attacks. However, this does not work if the mount is flying. Costs: 1 pg
Engagement: Guard/HeroScape class ability. This character will not allow a foe to get past it. As such, if a character moves through a tile that is adjacent to this character, they must either stop, or take damage equal to 3x the regular strike of this foe. This attack cannot be countered, but it can be dodged. It has a +50 hit. If the character is ranged, flying will not prevent this attack from occurring. Costs: 4 pg
Bloodlust: During a battle, if this character kills another character, they will boost their total damage by 5%. This boost has no cap. This boost will last until the end of the day, or until the character sleeps, whichever comes first. Costs 5 pg
Rapid Thrust: This unit will double the number of times it will strike if using a spear or rapier. This will allow brave weapons to hit 4 x the normal strike rate. Costs: 5 pg or GM in spear.
Dual Wield: If this unit holds two weapons, it will attack with both of them. In essence, this means the unit will always attack twice, but each attack will be different depending on which weapon is in each hand. Dual wielding is difficult and reduces speed and skill by -5. Costs: 5 pg or GM Swordsmanship level.
Provoke: This character is intentionally insulting and provoking. This will force a foe to counter-attack them the maximum number of times that their speed will allow. However, this character has a 30% chance to choose what attack is used by the enemy to counter. This will not allow the character to swap the equipped weapon of the foe. Costs: 2 pg
