Items:
(TBA) 7-Heart Containers: A Mysterious magical item. Boosts total HP by 10%. These items may stack but will max out at doubling total HP. Unlike Seraph robes, any character may use a Heart Container.
(TBA) Grimmel's Enhanced Crossbow: +15 hit against medium or larger characters. This bow type weapon does not suffer from a speed loss at close range. It is easy to draw and can even be used if the character has been tackled. Base 300 pierce/poison type damage. 1-2 range.
(TBA) Emperor's Pure Longsword: A simple but very sturdy blade. Resists weapon wear. Base 450 blade type damage.
(TBA) Curved Dagger: +10 speed when used. Can be drawn even if this character is caught in a grab or tackle. This dagger has been poisoned by the user. Base 60 poison/blade type damage.
(TBA) Emperial Dragon Poacher Armor: Sturdy armor that is lightweight and easy to move in. This armor was orignally designed by Grimmel for hunting dragons, but it has been enhanced by the resources of Rome. Resists fire, claw, bite, wing, and tail type damage. Base 400 defense.
(TBA) Cloak of The Emporer: A finely woven black cloak. This is the sturdiest cloak possible, but it is still susceptible to wear. It grants resistence to lightning, dark, and blade. Grants 200 extra defense.
(TBA) Razor Stone: A beautiful and deadly gem. This will boost blade type damage by fifty percent. This will only work with one stone; stacking them will not improve the boost any further.
(TBA) Needle Stone: An odd, extremely thin and pointed stone. This will boost pierce type damage by fifty percent. This will only work with one stone; stacking them will not improve the boost any further.
(TBA) Pure Stone: This extremely valuable and rare stone will double the total attack damage of any pure weapon. A pure weapon is a weapon that receives no element enhancement. Only one of these items may be used, though they do stack with other items and abilities. Thankfully, this item is small and subtle, making it hard to drop or steal.
(TBA) 4-Vorpent's Eye: A terrible stone that doubles the might of poison type attacks. Fairly easily lost or stolen.
(TBA) Temporal Stone: This extremely rare and valuable item makes a unit immune to time stopping or altering abilities.
(TBA) Poisonscale Pendant: An ancient pendant, made from a green dragon scale imbued with potent sorcery. Though the pendant itself offers a meager 20 defense when being attacked (like a shield or barrier), its total defense is improved by the poison skill stat and boosts of this character. This item is easily lost or stolen.
(TBA) 2-Ganglarni's Death and Decay: A lethal syringe of poison. This deadly toxin was crafted using samples of diseased animals that had been cursed by Nito's miasma. If this toxin is used on a weapon and enters the bloodstream of a character, they will take the disease status. However, this poison is enhanced by the black energy of Ganglarni, and as such will deal deletion damage, slowly reducing a character's max HP by 5% per turn until they are killed. This poison is incredibly difficult to cure.
Abilities:
Obsession: If this character finds a certain opponent interesting, they may activate this ability. Each time this unit attacks the foe, it will add 100 to its base attack stat. However, each time this unit attacks, it will also deduce 50 from its defense stat (which can enter the negatives). These additions and subtractions are only counted when this character is battling the particular foe they are interested in. This move cannot be canceled until the enemy is beaten or this character falls. Costs: 4 pg
Dragon killer: When attacking a unit who is a dragon type unit, this unit will add 30% to their damage output. Costs: 2 pg
Night Fury hunter: Signature ability. When attacking a unit who is a Night Fury, this unit will add 30% to their total damage. Stacks with Dragon killer. Costs: 2 pg
Strategist (III): This unit may choose three first level abilities, a level one and a level two, or a level three ability held by an enemy unit within 15 spaces. This ability will then be removed until the end of the battle, or until the unit using strategist is defeated. Strategist cannot block strategist. This ability may be used once per enemy. Costs: 16 pg
Taunt: The character taunts an adjacent foe. The foe is then unable to use any sort of specialized attack or status move. They also receive -15 skill. This status lasts for 3 turns. Costs 3 pg
(TBA) Analyze: If this character consistently attacks the same foe, they will slowly boost their base skill stat.
If this character misses an enemy, they will boost their skill stat by 15.
If the character strikes an enemy, they will boost their skill stat by 5.
However, these boosts disappear when this unit attacks a different enemy. Analyze boosts may be negated by stat clearing moves or by putting a the character to sleep. Costs 4 pg
Ranged Assault: This unit rushes in with its weapon and attacks with a flurry of blows. The character may target an adjacent enemy. The enemy cannot dodge this attack. The character using the assault move then strikes 5 times with normal damage and finishes with a 2 x damage strike. Costs: 5 pg
Real Damage Blows: The effectiveness of this ability is based drastically on this unit's combat skill levels. Before attacking, the player controlling this unit may specify where they wish to strike the opponent. The likelihood of them striking where they choose is what the skill levels will determine. Every normal strike is an opportunity to use this skill. This counts as an activation skill. There are many mild effects that can be triggered by striking particular areas. Here are some of the most common:
Eyes: 1 Turn of Blindness -15 Hit.
Head: Stuns character for one turn, causing them to flinch. Works best with bludgeon-type attacks.
Arm: May remove an enemy's ability to use a weapon or shield for one turn.
Leg: May drop an enemy's movement speed 3 for one turn.
Heart: Causes bleeding status for 2 turns
Lungs: Drops enemy speed stat -10 for 1 turn.
Spine/Neck: 2 turns of paralysis. Hard to land.
Guts: Easiest to land. Drops enemy defense 10% for 2 turns.
Effects take place immediately, even in between your strikes and the enemy's counter attack. Costs: 7 pg
Clever Fighter: This character is careful in battle and warry of his enemy's strengths. This character takes half damage from assault moves, Perfect blows, backstabs, parry reposts, and critical hits. Costs: 6 pg
Deathgripper Venom: The poison type attacks of this unit are enhanced with Deathgripper venom. This venom heavily sedates the characters it enters, causing them to lose 3 movement speed and 30 speed points. If this venom is injected into the skull of an animal, especially a dragon, they become suggestible and easily manipulated. The venom lasts for 2 turns. The venom does not stack. Costs: 4 pg
Skills:
Poison: 5M
Marksman: 5M
Sword: 5M
Knife: 5M
Armor: 5M
Character Type: Strategist, Gadget
Weakness: The cool compusure of this character makes him vulnerable to Avenging Fury and Defiant damage boosts. Resists poison.
