Steel: A basic ore. Easy to mine. Makes fairly sturdy weaponry and armor, but is nothing special.
Bronze: Similar to steal, but generally lighter and less defensive. It can occasionally be designed to defend against magic and psychic, but will not grant resistance.
Silver: A soft metal that, unlike the central dimension, is actually quite good for making pure weapons. When made ultra-pure, it is often used in elite weapons.
Diamond: A rarely seen ore, but able to be found in the Minecraft area. This ore can occasionally be fashioned to grant light resistance and is incredibly hard to wear down. The only problem is it is extremely susceptible to shattering via sonic type attacks.
Darksteel: Generic Darksteel is a unique ore that is destroyed very quickly by light-type attacks. However, aside from light, it receives very litter damage from elemental attacks. It is mid-weight, and often used by dark characters. The ore readily receives dark augmentation, and as armor will grant resistance to dark and psychic.
Midnight Darksteel: An extremely pure form of Darksteel. Obtaining this ore requires the use of dozens of chunks of the regular variant as well as a skilled blacksmith. This ore offers much higher defense and grants total immunity to dark type damage as well as resistance to psychic.
Dusk Darksteel: An extremely pure form of Darksteel. Obtaining this ore requires the use of dozens of chunks of the regular variant as well as a skilled blacksmith. This ore offers much higher defense and grants total immunity to psychic type damage as well as resistance to dark.
Firegold: Generic Firegold is a unique ore that is severely damaged by ice, but offers resistance to fire and explosion type damage. This ore very readily receives fire-augmentation for weapons and takes shockingly little wear from explosion type attacks.
Crimson Firegold: An extremely pure form of Firegold. Obtaining this ore requires the use of dozens of chunks of the regular variant as well as a skilled blacksmith. This ore offers much higher defense and grants total immunity to fire type damage as well as resistance to explosion.
Brilliant Firegold: An extremely pure form of Firegold. Obtaining this ore requires the use of dozens of chunks of the regular variant as well as a skilled blacksmith. This ore offers much higher defense and grants total immunity to explosion type damage as well as resistance to fire.
Silverlight: A lightweight metal. Not as good for armor as Firegold or Darksteel, Silverlight excels in the category of weaponry. It readily receives light, lightning, or energy type enhancement, but can also handle ice or water. It will grant resistance to either energy or light, depending on how it is forged.
White Silverlight: An extremely pure form of Silverlight. Obtaining this ore requires the use of dozens of chunks of the regular variant as well as a skilled blacksmith. This ore offers much higher defense and grants total immunity to light type damage as well as resistance to energy.
Glowing Silverlight: An extremely pure form of Silverlight. Obtaining this ore requires the use of dozens of chunks of the regular variant as well as a skilled blacksmith. This ore offers much higher defense and grants total extreme resistance to energy type damage as well as resistance to light.
Hardwood: Armor made from ancient trees. Extremely light and easily manipulated to make unique armor. Grants resistance to poison and absorb type damage but is extremely easily damaged by fire, explosion, and axe type attacks.
Protodermis: An odd organic metal that readily takes on nearly any shade or elemental augment. However, it is difficult to dual augment and is also somewhat fragile and soft. The malleability of the material does allow for it to function as armor for much larger characters.
Thor's Ore: Ore mined from Berk or Dark deep. This super-hard material is hard to purify but can be used to make armor that resists ice and fire, especially when paired with fur. It is extremely rare for this metal to grant defense against psychic or magic type damage.
Durasteel: Armor used by many Sci-fi armies. It is fairly heavy and too hard to forge into reliable melee weapons. However, it grants resistance to both explosion and energy type damage.
Twilight Ore: Ore found only in the Twilight realm. Can be used to forge armor that resists light and magic.
Vallite Steel: Supple material pulled from Valla. Grants resistance to water and magic type damage. Can easily handle most water and socrery type damage augments.
Mithril: Possibly the most valuable ore on the planet. This ore can be refined to make magic or light augmented weaponry, and easily can be dual augmented. As armor, it is lightweight, allowing the creation of chain-mail coats that can be worn beneath armor. These coats grant extreme resistance to blade and pierce type damage. If made into full plate armor, Mithril will still not result in speed debuffs and will grant resistance to body type attacks, pierce, blade, and bludgeon. Mithril is somewhat sensitive to heat, but the flame must be of an immense temperature to damage the material.
Vibranium: An odd material that is quite rare. Grants immunity to martial, bludgeon, and bullet. The problem is finding this material... as very little is confirmed to exist.
Uru: Metal found in the hearts of dying stars. It is extremely heavy, but for some reason will not weigh down those of extremely noble hearts. This material readily recieves lightning augmentation, and as armor can grant immunity to both lightning and magic type damage. As this material is harvested from space and has unusual, sorcerous properties, it is rare and often impractical.
Moon Silver: Found on the moon. This extremely malleable metal needs to be mined in huge quantities. But if 24 chunks are found, they may be transformed into a purified chunk that grants immunity to dark, absorb, water, air, psychic, bite, claw, wing, pierce, or whip. Using two purified chunks of this ore in an armor will allow the armor to grant extreme resistance to one of these damages and immunity to another (along with whatever resistances are granted by the other ore used in the armor).
Sun Steel: Found on the Sun. This extremely malleable metal needs to be mined in huge quantities. But if 24 chunks are found, they may be transformed into a purified chunk that grants immunity to fire, explosion, sonic, energy, magic, light, bludgeon, or bullet. Using two purified chunks of this ore in an armor will allow the armor to grant extreme resistance to one of these damages and immunity to another (along with whatever resistances are granted by the other ore used in the armor).
