Items:

5-Glowing White Protodermis: A brilliant, white fluid. If consumed it will dwell in the body of a character, and as such it is hard to remove. This will increase the HP of characters who are cyborge and do not have any dark affinity by 20%. 

Ehanced Blizzard Blade of Kopaka: This reforged weapon will now always strike twice when innitiating the attack from one range. The base might has also been improved to 400 (800 at GM Ice).

Fractal Stone: A stone that is icy cold to the touch and appears to have an ever-changing, snowflake-like form. This stone will add 10% to any freezing chance that already exists in abilities/weapons held by this character. 

5-Frostburn fragments: This rare ice item can be found in the freezing tail of the Frostburn comet. It is extremely cold, and will deal 5% damage to any character holding the item who is not immune to ice. It will double the damage of ice type attacks This item can also be used for other purposes.

Kopaka Mata Armor: The armor of Kopaka. This armor grants an extreme resistance to dark, fire, and explosion. This suit comes with built-in Ice shields. Base: 500 defense.

Kopaka Ice Shields:  These shields offer 100 defense, and are improved by the ice and shield skill and items boosts. These shields do not defend against fire type damage, but they do defend against psychic and magic.

Great Kanohi Akaku: This legendary item unlocks the ability "Mask of X-Ray Vision" for free. However, it may only be warn be a chosen Toa. This mask will also offer 300 defense when being attacked. Bludgeon attack may knock this mask loose.

Kopaka Ice Roundshield: This small shield offers 100 base defense when not inniating the attack, but it will also be boosted by shield and ice skill and item boosts. This shield takes heavy wear from fire and explosion type attacks.

Abilities:

Mask of X-Ray Vision: Signature Ability. This character may see through walls and identifiy shape shifted characters. This also doubles the perception range of the character. If this character wishes, they may take a turn to look into a foe and try to find a weakness. This will allow them to target that weakness and deal 20% extra damage to that foe for the rest of the battle. Some foes may have more glarinng weaknesses, and if this is the case the damage buff will be 50%. Costs 2 (0) pg

Blizzard Blade of Kopaka: Kopaka signature ability. This character uses a deadly blade to control the power of ice. This deadly weapon has 1-2 range and deals 200 ice/blade type damage. The damage of this weapon cannot be consumed, as the ice of the Toa can freeze even the stoutest of foes. The base might of this weapon will be increased by 50% at 1M Ice and doubled at GM Ice. The weapon may be improved by forging, though this is difficult. This weapon may be boosted by proficency regardless of the dual typing. Costs: 7 pg

Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may triple that attack type's total damage. Costs: 12 pg

Toa: This character cannot take autodamage, or damage from allies, if the attacks contain the primary element used by this character. Costs: 3 pg

Toa Mata: A Toa must choose their form, and Tahu has decided to remain in his Mata form. In this form, the element attacks of this character will be boosted by 50%. Costs: 5 pg

Freezing Aura: If an enemy is within 1 space of this character, they will have their speed reduced by 20. This is an ice type status, and thus certain abilities or immunities will ignore it. Costs: 5 pg

Deep Freeze: An extremely powerful ice ability. This attack launches a wave of extreme cold that strikes all foes within ten spaces. If the foe is standing on the ground, the ice will freeze their feet, making it impossible for them to move for one turn. This attack also has a 35% (45%) chance to freeze all foes that it strikes. This is an area attack, and thus cannot be dodged. As it does not truly damage foes, it will not trigger enemy counter-attacks. This attack may be used once a battle. Costs: 5 pg

Strategist (II): This unit may choose two first-level abilities or a second-level ability held by an enemy unit within 10 spaces. These abilities will then be removed until the end of the battle, or until the unit using strategist is defeated. Strategist cannot block strategist. This ability may be used once per enemy. Costs: 8 pg

Freezing Weapon: When this character innitiates regular attacks with an ice weapon, those attacks will have a 20% (30%) chance to freeze the enemy with each strike. Frozen characters will not take any turns, and they have a 30% chance to thaw at the start of each turn. Freezing usually lasts for 2-3 turns, but a character may be thawed by certain attacks or if they have certain abilities. Costs: 4 pg

Ice surf: This character may surf upon ice that it creates as it moves. This will give it flying-type movement, and add 3 to its basic movement. This ice that is created may also allow units to follow it into spaces that would otherwise be impossible to reach. Costs: 3 pg

Defog: Instead of attacking, this unit may choose one adjacent enemy. This enemy will have all their stat changes removed. This debuff will last for three turns and cannot be removed. This will not remove item based stat boosts. Costs: 3 pg

(TBA) Nova Blast: The Toa may sacrifice their life and unleashe an incredible blast of elemental energy. This attack will deal 3x the damage of the regular element blast. The attack is an AoE that cannot be dodged, and the range of the attack is 10. This attack can level the character down. This attack takes one turn to charge. Costs: 5 pg

Character Type: Toa, Ice, Element, Strategist

Weakness: Weak to fire and explosion type damage. Immune to Ice type damage. Resists water type damage.  The cold nature of this character makes him hard to understand and predict, making strategist (I) incapable of working on him.
