Grut Heavy Halberd: -5 speed and skill. This heavy halberd deals heavy wear to enemy weapons and equipment. Base: 400 blade/or pierce type might.
Heavy Grut Armor: -15 speed. Armor designed to protect heavy gruts. Grants resistance to bludgeon, blade, martial and pierce type damage. This armor defends against magic. This bronze armor is very sturdy. This armor is designed for brutal, close range combat, and as such has an unusual perk. Foes must be 20 faster than their normal vantage speed in order to vantage hit this character. The crafting of this vantage-resisting armor is a long held grut secret. If two units wearing this armor stand side by side, it will boost the defense of this character (before shields and barriers) by 50%. Base 900 defense.
Cracked Shadow Pure Stone: A poor replica of a gleaming Pure Stone. This item will double the damage of pure type weapon attacks but will crumble to dust if the character holding it falls in battle.
Abilities:
Orc Warlord Bonding: This character is extremely loyal to its Orc Warlord. If it ends its turn within 3 spaces of the warlord, it may take an additional turn. Costs: 7 pg.
Disengage: These characters cannot be trapped by abilities that hold a character adjacent to a foe, such as shadow tag. They are also never targetted by the ability "Engagement". Costs: 1 pg
Wear Down: If this unit initiates combat with a foe, regardless of whether or not they land a hit on them, they will reduce the foe's defense by 10%. This will stack if this character or other characters with the ability continue to engage with the debuffed for. This debuff will last for two turns past the last time it was triggered. This ability is usually limited to low tier military units. Costs: 5 pg
Axe Assault: This unit rushes in with its weapon and attacks with a flurry of blows. The character may target an adjacent enemy. The enemy cannot dodge this attack. The character using the assault move then strikes 5 times with normal damage and finishes with a 2 x damage strike. Costs: 5 pg
Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may double that attack type's total damage. Costs: 12 pg
Sturdy: This character cannot be killed from full HP in one strike. It will always survive with 1 HP if it is struck with a lethal blow when at full health. Certain types of attacks, like disintegration, will ignore this ability. Costs: 3 pg
Steady Steps: If this unit uses solely walking type movement (no mounts, flying, hovering, swinging, or teleporting) and has a base speed at 50 of 7 or less, it will boost its total defense by 30%. Costs: 1 pg
Provoke: This character is intentionally inslunting and provoking. This will force a foe to counter-attack them the maximum number of times that their speed will allow. However, this character has a 30% chance to choose what attack is used by the enemy to counter. This will not allow the character to swap the equipped weapon of the foe. Costs: 2 pg
