Items:

8- Water Gem: Boosts water type damage by 50%. May allow a special type of water attack once every four days. Note: this water gem is the heart of this character.

Waterscale Pendant: An ancient pendant, made from a turquoise dragon scale imbued with potent sorcery. Though the pendant itself offers a meager 20 defense when being attacked (like a shield or barrier), its total defense is improved by the flame skill stat and boosts of this character. This item is easily lost or stolen.

Leftovers: A Pokemon item. A Pokemon may only carry one of these types of items, and they rarely work on other characters. This helpful snack will heal any Pokemon holding it 7% at the start of each turn.

Abilities:

Mega Blastoise: This Pokemon may Mega Evolve if its trainer uses the ability. This will add 50 skill to this pokemon. It will also boost its damage output and defense by 50%. This boost will last until the end of the battle. This form will also unlock the ability Mega Launcher on this Pokemon. Costs: 5 pg

Mega Launcher: This ability will boost the damage of all "Aura and Pulse" type abilities on this character by 50%. Costs 4 pg (Free with Mega Evolve).

Water Pulse (II): 1-2 range. This character fires a powerful pulse of water at the foe. This has surprising shattering damage, allowing it to radiply destroy barriers, shields, and armor. This attack also has a 30% (40%) chance to cause the foe to become dizzy. This attack may be used to attack or to counter. Base 60 (200) water type damage. Costs: 6 pg

Scald: 1-2 range. This character fires a boiling blast of water at its foe. This has a 40% chance to burn the foe. This attack may burn foes regardless of whether or not they are immune to water. Base 80 water type damage. This attack may be used to attack or to counter. This attack will immediately thaw any character who uses it or is struck by it. Costs: 3 pg

Muddy Water: 1-2 range. This character slams a torrent of muddy water into the face of the foe. This will drop the skill of the foe by 10 for the next 4 turns. This debuff can stack. Base 90 water type might. This ability may be used to attack or to counter attack. Costs: 3 pg

Torrent: This unit's water type attacks will be boosted in damage by 50% if this character has less than 25% of it's HP remaining. Costs: 2 (1) pg

Proficiency (II): If this unit uses a single attack type, they may triple that attack type's total damage. Costs: 12 pg

S.T.A.B.: Pokemon exclusive ability. If this character is using an attack that matches it's element typing, the attack will recieve a 50% boost in its total might. Costs: 5 pg

Warry Fighter: This unit may only every attack once in a turn (unless using brave-type weapons). However, this unit may only ever be attacked once in a turn (unless the enemy is using multi-hitting weapons or abilities). Costs: 4 pg

Steady Steps: If this unit uses solely walking type movement (no mounts, flying, hovering, swinging, or teleporting) and has a base speed at 50 of 7 or less, it will boost its total defense by 30%. Costs: 1 pg

Water Shield: Grants a protective shield of water to character. This shield does not defend against psychic, magic, or lightning type damage. The base might of the shield is 100 but is boosted by the air skill stats and boosts of this character. Costs: 4 pg

Patient Defender: If this character chooses, they may not counter-attack during the enemy phase. This will triple their total defense. Costs: 4 pg

Withdraw: This character may pull back into their shell rather than counter-attacking a foe. This will double their total defense. This ability may stack with Patient Defender. Costs: 3 pg

Take the Hit (II): If an allied unit who is adjacent to this unit is attacked, this unit has a 75% chance of rushing forward and switching places with the ally. They will take the damage, and they cannot dodge the blow, however, they may activate defensive skills, and they will be allowed to defend, block, and retaliate as usual. Costs: 4 pg

Aqua Ring: This character must take a turn to creat a ring of water around itself. After doing this, it will automatically heal 30% of its HP at the start of each turn for 5 turns. Costs: 4 pg


Character Type: Pokemon, Defensive

Weakness: Weak to lightning and absorb type damage. Resists fire, water, ice, and blade type damage.
